Diagnostics

When your pet has a problem – how do we find out what is wrong?

After getting a history of your pet’s problem, and performing a thorough physical exam, tests are often necessary to determine what organs (kidneys, liver, pancreas, etc) may be affected, and/or what diseases may be responsible for your pet’s condition.

We are able to make better diagnoses regarding the underlying issues your pet may be facing when we have concrete evidence from test results.
We only perform tests which are essential to determining what is wrong with your pet, and we do not do tests just for the sake of testing.

The diagnostics we offer include: Laboratory testing which may be performed either onsite or sent out to a veterinary diagnostic lab.

Tests include:

  1. blood tests
  2. urinalysis
  3. microbiology
  4. biopsy
  5. cytology

We also perform Digital x-rays, Ultrasound & Echocardiograms, as well as specialist Orthopedic Consultations on site.
